Order the panel profile before the decorative routing begins: square, rectangle, oval, arch, shield, monument face or a clean custom vector shape.
We cut to the finished outside profile shown on the approved drawing. If the blank must fit a cabinet, frame, post system or existing opening, give us the actual field dimensions and tolerances rather than only the visible sign size.

High-density urethane is light, stable and does not have natural grain or knots. That makes it well suited to clean CNC profiles and later carving. Thickness and density are selected around panel size, edge detail, mounting and the routing planned for the face.
A raw cut edge is different from an edge that is eased, sanded or primed for finish. Tell us whether your shop will perform all surface prep or whether the blank should arrive closer to paint-ready.
A logo silhouette can often become a sign profile, but tiny notches and decorative spikes may be poor exterior edges. We can flag features that should be simplified for cutter access, paint coverage and handling.
