What the video shows
The short clip focuses on the bench work that follows machining and coating: checking raised letters, cleaning edges and confirming the dimensional pieces sit where the drawing says they should.
The footage was recorded in our Georgia sign operation. The lettering is checked against the routed and painted panel before the completed work moves to final inspection and packaging.
Why hand finishing still matters on CNC-routed signage
CNC accuracy does not remove the need for human inspection. Dimensional parts still have physical edges, coating thickness, alignment and contact surfaces that must work together.
That final bench stage is where the approved drawing becomes a clean physical assembly ready for the receiving customer or installer.
Manufacturing is performed in Alpharetta, Georgia. Standard service is production, protective packaging and nationwide shipping; installation is handled by the buyer or a local sign professional.
