A replacement project begins with measurements and approved artwork, not with the old face alone. Existing frames, posts or mounting conditions must be checked before the new routed panel is released to production.

The transformation shows what dimensional routing can change visually, but the old sign photograph cannot establish exact size, frame depth or attachment points. Those conditions need real measurements.
